Tips for strong nails!



Hello everyone!

Beautiful long nails that are strong and health are a dream for many but I have researched and compiled a list of the 4 major things to help you achieve that dream.

1.Moisturize daily- Nails need to be hydrated as most of the problem started when they aren't.

2.Limit professional manicures as they aren't good for your nails...at all.

3.Avoid acetone-based polish removers as they strip the nails and make them brittle.

4.Avoid rough nail files as they lead to cracks in the nail.
